Japanese trainees
Our organization has been sending Japanese trainees for more than 50 years overseas. The number of participants is more than 14.000 by now. The trainees who experienced a year overseas are now working as leading farmers or political leaders in their home country. According to today's globalization, the current situation for the Japanese agriculture is hard and young Japanese farmers have to solve many problems. Under such circumstances, learning from the agricultural advanced countries in Europe will become more important.
A wonderful cultural exchange
The company owners, who got along very well with Japanese trainees, do accept Japanese trainees again and again. Why? The typical Japanese trainee is calm, industrious and very polite. If you can understand such a special character, then you want to continue having contacts with those people as often as possible. After their internship, Japanese trainees are deeply grateful for your support and try to be like you, as open-hearted and as flexible as you are.
We are looking for host companies!
JAEC arranges one year exchange programs for Japanese trainees. We are looking for dairy companies, vegetable companies, fruit companies, wine companies,... who give the japanese trainees an opportunity to learn and work in the progressive agriculture countries.
